Your access to and use of OldTongue is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the application.
Access to premium membership levels (Master Scribe/Founding Historian) and the acquisition of "Ink Vials" constitute the purchase of a limited-use license. All transactions are final and non-refundable, managed exclusively through the Apple App Store.
You are responsible for the text you submit. OldTongue strictly prohibits the generation of objectionable content, including but not limited to: defamation, harassment, hate speech, or sexually explicit material. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy; we reserve the right to terminate access or block users who attempt to use the Scriptorium for abusive purposes.
Stylistic transformations are generated by AI and may not be 100% accurate. The application is provided "as-is" for creative purposes. OldTongue is not responsible for any interpretations or actions taken based on generated text.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitute acceptance of the new terms.
In addition to these terms, all users are bound by the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).
